Derived from the Sanskrit word yuj, Yoga means union of the individual consciousness or soul with the Universal Consciousness or Spirit. At, we aim to familiarize the different types of yoga, their postures, and their utilities for the human body through our blog posts featuring step-by-step instructions on how to do each one of them. We also blog on issues related to health and provide credible health tips to help you stay fit. We also publish practice videos for doing various yoga postures and pranayams to help dive into the spiritual world of yoga.
